Artist Residency Application

Prairie’s self-guided residency program welcomes emerging and established artists, providing live/work space to develop projects and practices. While our focus is on fine artists, we welcome applications from creatives across all disciplines including designers (and garden designers), musicians, composers, publishers, writers, florists, horticulturists, curators, and more. There is space for up to four residents at a time.

Location: 2088 NC 801 S, Advance, NC 27006.

Please note, our facilities do not include a darkroom, woodshop, printmaking equipment, or kiln.

Included:
- Private studio/bedroom, desk, chair
- Housing (shared kitchen, common area, dining area, and 1.5 bathrooms)

Not included:
- Travel
- Food
- Materials
- Childcare

Fee:
- $225 per week (includes utilities)
